The session will provide an overview of the shift in strategy and focus that Lloyds Bank’s Strategic Bidding team have transitioned through since January of this year. The team have shaken up their BAU proposal approach to incorporate a range of service levels which recognise the differing types of proactive and reactive proposals, and the difference in proposal support required for each type.
